PromptCam is designed to be privacy-first. We only collect the scripts you explicitly create or upload within the extension. These scripts are synced to our secure backend database to provide cross-device access.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your scripts and authentication tokens are used solely to provide the teleprompter functionality. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

3. Video Recordings

All video and audio recordings made using the PromptCam Studio are processed locally on your device. We do not upload or store your video recordings on our servers.

4. Permissions

• activeTab & Scripting: Used only to display the teleprompter overlay on your active web pages.
• Storage: Used to save your settings and cache scripts locally.
